We've been using Sonassi as our principle ecommerce platform hosting provider for over five years. We currently manage a number of Magento instances with varying specification but all are solid with great provisions for storage and speed. Even during the peak periods with high traffic, the sites perform at their best with very little need to monitor and balance resource.

Support queries are answered in a timely and informative manner with a good level of understanding of needs. The level of service and the commitment to providing assistance when needed has been great throughout the period we've been using Sonassi. Additionally, the continuous improvements to the services and infrastructure, alongside the ability to change specifications whenever needed, has given us a solid foundation for our brands.

I can't speak highly enough about my +10 years of experience with Sonassi. I think we had about 10 minutes of downtime during that entire period and everyone I ever dealt with there was professional, helpfull and knowledgable. I am only leaving as circumstances have forced me into a website platform change, otherwise I'd be with them for another +10 years.

I have been with Sonassi for five years now and our site has only gone down a couple of times, when reporting this, the site was back up quickly. When I have a query they resolve it promptly.

Very frequent downtime, which is getting progressively worse and there are no points for escalation. Even the senior team do not answer their phones. Have requested a formal escalation process numerous times, albeit, this is falling on deaf ears. I will be reconsidering my thoughts on remaining with sonassi moving forward.

Put simply Sonassi are the gold standard for Magento hosting. As a long standing client for many years we never experienced any security issues whatsoever and enjoyed good site performance as well. In terms of customer service, I found their team highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone running Magento stores.
