We bought a used caravan from them and the whole process was made easy by them. Excellent customer service.
When we got it home we found a small problem with the door lock. They came out to East Kent the next morning to access it. A part is needed and back they come to fit it.
No hassle.
Highly recommended.

We sold our caravan to Songhurst. The customer service was excellent from both James and Liam and we are very happy with the outcome.

Just had my first service with Songhurst after purchasing from them last year. The service was thorough and all the small jobs such as light changes, new door catch etc were also done. They even replaced a missing blind clip I didn't know of. Their attention to detail is fabulous. Such a trustworthy family business. I highly recommend.

Bought a nearly new caravan from Tim at Songhurst last year. As with all things there have been things to sort out but Songhurst delivered a first class customer service so would definitely recommend!

We used this company for our first caravan several years ago and returned today to collect a replacement. The service they provide is second to none. All the members of staff are pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful, their knowledge and advice were invaluable in helping us make a decision as to which van to choose. Very few companies behave and are run as well as this one. These days customer appreciation and care are sadly lacking but at Songhurst the customer service experience is beyond superb. Little wonder they are a successful company. Do not know anyone's names but a lady named Kirsty in the Servicing Department deserves five stars herself let alone the rest of them! If you are looking for a caravan or wanting servicing or parts they are the ones to go for. Without doubt will use them again.

Absolutely amazing service. Very helpful, even staying open a little bit longer for us to purchase or first caravan. explained everything we needed to know about everything. All the extra bits were included so made our experience even easier. First time towing and really put me at ease and showed me how to use the motor mover which was absolutely brilliant.
100% recommend this great company. It was a pleasure and will continue our journey with you.

Excellent service from the Tech team and the reception staff. Had a problem with a jockey wheel travelling from up North going over to France . Googled the nearest caravan accessory shop which was Songhurst . Spoke to them and they were so helpful . Arrived 45 mins later , and Dan fitted a new one straight away. And we were back on our travels 30 mins later . Unbelievable service from the team and so friendly. Big shout out to the reception staff and Kirsty who helped too. Great selection of accessories in the shop, ended up with a new table and mat too, would highly recommend not often do you get such a friendly, helpful service . Thank you .

Such a great company to deal with,, James was so helpful & full of advice. There is no sales pressure at all, we just walked around at our leisure. We purchased a lovely caravan with added extras in the price! We were guided through how the caravan works with Kevin & lovely Alf who were again so helpful.
We travelled from Sussex to deal with Songhurst, worth the travel distance and would use again highly recommend.

100% recommend this great company, Our experience from day one of turning up to look around right through the purchasing to handover and collection has been 5*. Picked up our Bailey Senator California today from Songhurst Caravans, what can I say. Absolutely lovely people, from Tim taking the original enquiry and sorting out the finance, James taking all the time talking us through our first purchase and making sure we were ok, Dean servicing and compiling short videos of everything we need to know and how it all works right through to the ladies out front, absolute joy to deal with, can not recommend them enough! Thank you Songhurst it was a total pleasure.

We decided to sell our Coachman through Songhurst having had the process recommended by a friend. James was very accommodating and went through the whole process with us. He was completely transparent and his honesty and approach refreshing. Songhurst obviously take a fair commission and you get the benefit of their network and advertising to achieve a sale. The van was serviced by them and housed by them at no cost to us. It was explained that we could change our mind and withdraw the caravan if we wished with only what we considered a small and fair administration fee to pay ( more than covered by the saved storage cost and service cost) The sale was a success and we highly recommend this group. We Have just purchased our new Buccaneer Baracuda caravan from Songhurst Caravans in Kent.
We part exchanged with our old caravan and they made this whole transistion a flawless experience, from collecting the old caravan from Norfolk, to the valuing and to making us feel VIP customers when we collected our new caravan from them.
Tim, James and Paul were the main contacts, they were fantastic and professional, nothing was to much trouble.
We will defantly recommend to other caravaners and will defantly do buisness with this company again.

We have just purchased our first caravan. After calling Songhurst for advice they found our perfect family caravan. We had a first visit and paid our deposit. Being newbies we had lots of questions and both Tim and James could not have been more helpful or friendly. When we collected our caravan we had a demo from Kevin.
