Had been waiting on a sub box for a while. Got an email that my order had been “processing” for awhile due to inventory not received from manufacturer and that it would be shown as postponed. Reached out through mail and got lucky having Honey get involved. A couple of replies later she had my order changed to the other item I chose and everything was back in order with my box arriving soon instead of a month later. GREAT customer service on her part and glad that SE has those type of people working for them. Made my day on the first day of April

Poor customer service
I have ordered off this company multiple times with success. But recently, my order, I had the wrong item placed in the box. So I called customer support, they asked me to please send it back. And they will correct the issue once they've received the package. And I was like, well, you guys messed up. He's like, yes, once you've sent the package to FedEx. Please send me the receipt in an email. And I will get your package out promptly. So I did that never heard back. I actually emailed them still never heard anything. Once they received my package. They gave me store credit. So I called back again and said I did not want store credit. I wanted what I ordered, and they said, yes, we will fix this. The next day, I get another email. Saying, store credit has been applied to my account and is available for use. So I ordered the speakers that I ordered originally, and it costs me $7 more. Your customer service is extremely poor and this was a cheap item. I can't imagine dealing with this on an expensive Item?
Update. A couple hours after posting this i was contacted by management and they were very nice and helpful. He was able to correct the issue plus some. Im very happy with the prompt response and will continue to use sonicelectronix.com
Horrible packaging.
The packaging for both of my orders was horrible!! Oversized boxes and not enough packaging filler. My amp and sub were getting thrown all around in the boxes. Not to mention that the sub box was about to bust open because only one piece of tape was used to secure it.
