I have been a Sonos customer for over 15 years. 7 houses. Unfortunately, the reliability of the system has declined over the last few years. The app often struggles to connect with all of the Sonos devices (or at all). Sometimes we are forced to leave the house with Sonos on because we cannot connect and turn it off. The company needs to get the basics right before adding more features and products.

Got a mint 10 year old Playbar for $80 that the seller could not get to work. Trouble-shooting through the website. Plugged it into Ethernet and it recieved it's first ever update and it is working perfectly with the APP control now. Basically new and the dude paid ALOT of Canadian dollars and never used it.

I am an audiophile and love my music so I have some decently high expectations for sound quality. This soundbar is a dream; especially for those with smaller homes such as apartments or townhouses. I like that its convenient and the wiring dissapears behind your TV so your setup looks a lot more tidy.
The music playback is quite good. It won't ever beat a Hifi 2 channel w/sub but for normal people, this will do.
The movie and TV streaming sound performance is great. You don't need a sub even though I did purchase the sub 4. I'm not sure how durable sonos equipment is as this is my first item from them but I hope this lasts me at least a decade of use.

SHOCKING service from Sonos. The poor staff are reading of an absolute basic step by step generic sheet which is hopeless, especially when you have a specific issue to resolve. Spent nearly an hour on the phone and achieved absolutely nothing. They obvious have nobody with actual knowledge of the products.

Two years of an app that doesn’t work properly and they haven’t fixed it. I have 3 Sonos speakers and wish I’d never bought them. The user experience is terrible, the tech support is terrible. The speaker quality is great if only I could actually use them. Avoid Sonos like the plague. They’ll never see a penny of my money again.
