A complete fraud
I have not received my shoes ordered over 1 month ago. No replies from customer service despite numerous emails. Seems like the only way to get a refund is to flag the purchase as fraud with Mastercard!

Out of order note after few days
I made an order and after a few days and few calls from my side, I got to know the order is out of stock.
Positive is the money was instantly refunded. I had to wait a few days on the status and communicate a few times, so low score for the time waste

When I payed for my shoes by Master…
When I payed for my shoes by Master Card, the website broke, and I had to contact support team, whose help was very slow, and only after 2 days I received my confirmation email, when money were taken when website broke.

Great product & service
Great product (Dr Martens chelsea boots) and great service. They were sent out a little later than I would have liked (5 days after purchase). Unfortunatley the boots didn't fit so I had to return them. I would deifinitely reccommend this company.
