My luggage was damaged during a flight…

My luggage was damaged during a flight with EVA Air in September. I was directed to SOS Baggage for an assessment, where they concluded the suitcase could not be repaired. They provided me with a similar-sized replacement suitcase. Their support was very responsive and helpful. Thank you, SOS Baggage.

Still waiting for a solution to get my…

Still waiting for a solution to get my new samsonite suitcase replaced for something similar in brand and price. It’s been a week of back and forth emails with ridiculous replacements offers. I am flying back to Australia in less than 2 days and still haven’t heard back from SOS Bagagge with a solution which can be accepted.

Useless

Never contacted us during our 4 days in Paris. When we traveled to their office on the last day, they were closed. On arrival back home, they told us they can only help if you are in Paris - so you expect us to cancel our trip and stay in Paris until you decide to help?? Absolute waste of time.

My baggage arrived badly damaged

My baggage arrived badly damaged. Logged a claim at Singapore airlines baggage claim counter operated by SOS bagage in CDG.
I was directed to their shop on site where I had to buy a new suitcase. Was told in the shop that my claim was to be handled online, where I shall claim the refund of the new suitcase.
Did so.
Was confirmed by email from SOS BAGAGE's customer service on March 19th that I ll be refunded directly to my credit card.
Today is 1 month and 1 week since they wrote that, yet no refund. Additionally I never received any further reply to my follow up messages inquiring about the status of that claim. I hope SIA follow up directly with the company will help solve the issue. At minima, I trust SIA should reconsider its partnership with SOS bagage for its Krisflyer affiliates as the experience is actually worse than no service at all, since I wasted so much time filing the form, going to there shop where choices where limited and very expensive to end up being ignored. Given no service, I would have bought a better suitcase in a nearer shop for the same price.

Worst company experience ever

My bag was left behind in Doha and not received in Paris. We were told it would be delivered that night or the following morning and we would get a call or email. We did not. We called and left multiple messages and emailed twice. No reply. We could see the luggage was in CDG as we had an AirTag in it. At 8:30pm after no assistance from Qatar or SOS we paid 80 euro and 1.5 hours for a taxi to the airport. On the way there the luggage left without a phone call or email. This is the most pathetic company, it is breathtakingly incompetent. Answer your effing phone!

Terrible.

Terrible.
At first, when our bag was delayed and we attended the SOS desk, the customer service was fine and we were assured the bag would be delivered to our accommodation same day or early next day. We walked away satisfied it would be taken care of. Fast forward 24h and the service is entirely uncontactable. 5 phone calls with messages, 2 emails, 0 responses. We contacted the airline who is also totally unable to contact this service. This is a 3rd party service that is totally unable to manage the task it has been assigned, ruining the reputation of any airline foolish enough to entrust the recovery of customer baggage to it. As I write this I am preparing to make the journey back to the airport for the sole purpose of even contacting SOS baggage.
