Fantastic customer service
I ordered some ski pants to be sent to the alps where I spend the winter season running a clinic, and the delivery unfortunately got caught up in the lock down in France. This meant delivery date was delayed, and I then returned to the UK earlier than I usually would.
The company has been amazing in helping, in not only contacting the couriers and getting the parcel sent back to themselves in Denmark, but then posting on to me in the UK.
Brian, the stock manager, went above and beyond to help with all of this.
In such a difficult time I cannot praise their customer support, and response to all my emails enough. I’m sure, like all companies, they must be struggling with the current situation but they truly deserve the five stars!!
