Terible customer support
I ordered two motorcycle tyres and on the site it is stated that the dellivery is in 5 - 10 days. I needed the tyres urgently, so I paid 5€ for priority handling, but they still needed 7 days to ship the tyres and then GLS needed another two days to delivery, so in total 9 days. While waiting I wrote them and called numerous times and i never got any response to my emails and nobody answered to my calls. I also paid for protective packaging, but the tyres came in some thin plastic that offers little to no protection.
If you order from this seller, don't pay for anything extra. Otherwise the tyres are OK.

wrong postcode
Last Saturday, I booked the mobile tyre-replacement service even though I would have to wait till the Monday morning for it happen. I e-mailed at 11 on Monday; no reply. Later I discovered a text (on my mobile) to say they couldn't do the tyre because I was in the wrong postcode, even though the postcode was clear at the point of booking. I wrote to complain - no reply after a week.
