It's a shame!
I ordered on 1 February and paid for priority delivery to be delivered before 14 February. It's now the 14th and the products are only leaving now. If the products were delayed because of Chinese New Year, the most honest thing would have been to warn the consumer.

J'ai commandé le 1er février en payant une livraison prioritaire pour être livré avant le 14 février. On est le 14 et les produits ne partent que maintenant. Si les produits avait du retard à cause du nouvel an chinois le plus honnête aurait été de prévenir le consommateur.

I ordered two items on December 13, 2024 and was lead to believe they were "standard" shipping for Christmas. It's now January 11, 2025. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth and automated emails telling me my order is undeliverable I have requested a refund. If your gut says it's a scam, it probably is. I'm out the € and look like a fool with my Mother inlaw as they were gifts for her. Thanks for NOTHING.

The package finally arrived today, 20 days late instead of the promised 5. Unfortunately, once again, it's a disappointment: despite paying extra for the best sound quality, I ended up with music that skips every 3 seconds and a noticeable background noise that makes listening unbearable. I can't even imagine the quality of the basic option. A product and a company to avoid at all costs.

I am a very happy with my purchase, this gift has been extremely meaningful to my loved ones and they felt very emotional 💎

Great quality! It is much better than expected. The magnet has the whole song and the photo print is perfect. It also seams like it will last! The delivery was fast (received less than 10 days after purchase)

Disappointed with delivery of our package. No one from Soufeel bothered to contact us about our package being late. When I did tracking it said nothing ordered. No phone number to contact. This was a special birthday gift that as of right now has not shipped. They finally answered the email I sent and they say th the order is filled but not shipped. However my account was debited same day as the order was placed.
Will never order from this company again.

18 days to receive my package... and the quality is so bad. It was the first and the last time I command on your website. I’m so disappointed...

I misspelled my address and they were nice enough to send it back to me, at the correct address for free. I still haven't received my order but I'm waiting in excitement! Can't wait to finally give my mom her Christmas present. Hope it arrives soon!
