We can’t rate the trip as my partner got cancer and we had to cancel.. what I can say is the positive way Hugo dealt with this.. uninsured for this, they refunded us without issue and can you believe 2 years on, Hugo is emailed my partner asking about her health.. thus shows care ..
After much research, we decided to choose The Soul Of Tanzania and we were very happy with it.
The trip was very well organized by Marta, whom I commend here, and exceeded our expectations (Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngonrongoro).
We were always well supported from afar and always received feedback whenever we had any questions.
It was quite an adventure! Incredible and unforgettable.
Our driver/guide on the Safari, Maleo (simply the best!), was unbeatable in satisfying our wishes. With a unique sense of humor and contagious joy, the adventure couldn't have been better.
If you want to venture out and go to Tanzania, I recommend this company for its professionalism, honesty and seriousness, and unwavering principles and values.
