DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP AND IF YOU NEED A REFUND THEY WILL TAKE THERE TIME IN PAYING YOUR MONEY BACK ESPECIALLY IF YOU USE PAYPAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO BUY HIFI EQUIPMENT.............. AND THEY ALSO SEND YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER SHOP CALLED EASTWOOD SOUND AND VISION EVEN WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH SOUNDSTAGE HIFI A LITTLE UNUSUAL IN MY OPINION. SO NO NOT HAPPY......... [UPDATE] ON THE PAYMENT I HAVE STIIL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND....(UPDATE) today the 14/4/26 this shop as removed my payment refund from my account on PayPal which means I don't have the item I paid for but sent back to them straight away and now I'm £719 out of pocket thanks to this shop . KEEP MY MONEY I GIVE UP BEING TAKEN FOR A MUG .................. THANKS DEAN

I have been helped by Soundstage for a couple of years, firstly to renovate a very old but much loved Rega Planar 3 from the 1970’s, which was brilliant after they breathed new life into it, and then a move to a brand new RS and amplifier (my old Rega amp passed away with the family gathered round the bedside). Dean was really supportive, he recognised all the stages of grief, he came and set up the new system, which was not straightforward, he went far beyond any reasonable expectation of what could be required of him, he quite simply loves hi fi to bits and has got to be the best person to consult and rely on for new kit in a radius of a hundred miles of London.

An utterly useless excuse machine, I have been trying to buy some Naim gear from this business for a while. I paid in full months ago. Nothing. I still don't have my system. Each week instead of them keeping me up to date I have to chase them and get another set of excuses. Ho hum off to the credit card company and then the money claims service.

I bought an ex demo Naim NDX from them about 4 years ago. Recently it had stopped working as the software needed to be updated. I had unsuccessfully tried to fix this at home. However, Alex was very helpful initially through email ( as I’m not local ) and then again in person when I brought my unit back . Alex was able to get the update installed successfully, with help from Naim , and we were able to check the unit was working again prior to leaving for home. He was most accommodating and I have no reservation in recommending them for your Hi Fi needs . They have a demo room and a great selection of gear to choose from and with their knowledge can assist you in getting the system if your desire.
