DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

My order never arrived even though tracking says it was “successfully delivered”. When I inquired about it to customer service, they gaslighted me instead of offering to resend my order or refund me. I have been trying to resolve this for over 2 weeks now. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Both Amazon and ETSY offer to either resend my order or refund me when my order doesn’t arrive.

Ordered items for St Patty’s since they say items ship in 5 days!! Don’t say have to ship internationally!!! Took 3 weeks! Items not as described!! Tried to get refund refuse to answer my email requests!! Don’t buy from them!!!

I ordered three St. Patrick’s Day shirts with the intent to get them in five days because that’s what their website said, then after waiting two weeks and checking the tracking number, only to see that the product hadn’t shipped, I contacted southside via email telling them I wanted to cancel my order because I wasn’t gonna have it in time for St. Patrick’s Day. They emailed me back and told me to wait till I got the product because I may like it and that there was no way they could cancel it. When the product finally came all three shirts that I ordered totaling roughly $60 were so cheap and looked nothing like the pictures that they showed. I emailed them back asking them to return the product and get a full refund. They responded in the first email telling me they would give me 7USD. I emailed them back telling them no that was not acceptable because I paid way more than that for the product. Then they came back in another email telling me not to be angry that they could give me 9USD and I keep the product, I told them their product was shit and I want my money back. They did say in the last email it would cost too much to ship it back, I guess I will have to go to my bank tomorrow to fight the charge to get reimbursed through them!! I would not recommend buying from this website!!

The only thing impressive is that I received anything at all. The quality of the product was completely different than what was advertised. I ordered what I thought was a sweater with an appliquéd shamrock and stitched together crocheted patches on the sleeves and actual rib knit on the cuffs and waistband. What came was cheap polyester with photo printed designs. I guess I should have dug a little harder for the reviews and I would have learned this is not a legitimate “store” selling things on line. Lesson learned!

I ordered a St. Patrick's Day sweatshirt on March 1. When it didn't arrive in time, I requested a refund. They have replied that I have to receive the item before requesting a return. Today is March 30 and the item has not arrived. Their tracking system is no help. They are also overcharged my credit card.

I don’t even want to give one star. The exact same thing as written below happened to me in January 2026…

I placed an order and was charged more than the advertised price. It took a month to arrive, and the items were absolute junk — extremely poor quality. When I asked to return them, they only offered me an $8 refund.

I kept insisting on a return and was told “you received what you ordered” and then they completely stopped emailing with me.

Buyer beware! This item appears to be a beautiful cable knit sweater. It is, in fact, a PRINT of a beautiful cable knit sweater on cheap, uncomfortable knit fabric. Good news, though! The return policy is very simple: they won’t return it. Even unworn with all the original packaging, a very polite AI bot will offer you a 10% refund “as a gesture of goodwill” because “this is the item you ordered”. The product is a waste of money and the company will not make it right when you are dissatisfied.

This company charges a high amount for very poor quality clothing, its cheap rayon ,and thats being kind there are not any tags inside.. i purchased 2 sweaters.. they finally arrived and are so insulting ..the pictutes they show do not.belong to them im throwing them in the garbage i wouldn't even consider donating them there isn't a lower quality material found anywhere

Sends unrelated, cheap item so it shows "delivered". Asking for refund? Brick wall.

Site was just registered in November 2025 and only registered for 1 year (shortest time you can register for).
