Terrible Experience!WOULD NEVER AGAIN TRUST THEM!

If you wanna buy anything with them make sure you follow up on your order yourself or you would end up like me, never seeing the sight of what you paid for instantly!

Also prepare yourself for a rude attitude of the customer service; who offer you "do you want me to cancel your order now?" after you wrote an email telling them it's not your responsibility to follow up after 2-3 weeks from the purchase, but it IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THEIR JOB!

Poor quality.
Awful returns policy.
Who now,has to print out their own returns form. And then pay to send back an already bad product.

Great shopping experience. Quick delivery, the website might seem a bit outdated, but they have a great customer interface with all the info you may need.

It's remarkable delivery time. The quality of the products is exactly what I wanted, the size is fitting perfectly. I would like it more if they have sheets and duvets' set with famous characters from the kids' TV shows so I could buy everything from here.

I ordered påslakanset for Christmas and underlakan, as well as a duk on roll. I LOVE THE QUALITY of the bedset. The order was handled quickly, shipping was fast. And the quality of received products high. Superb service.

I just ordered four items from Sovtex and when ordering their system changed the quantities to two. I went onto their Chat line for help and they said there's nothing they can do. That means if I want to order the other items I must also pay twice for Frakt. Their representative Bodil was most UNHELPFUL. I won't use this site again. I had read similar reviews online but chose to try the site as they had a particular item I wanted, but NEVER will I order from here again.

I ordered two products that the company changed the price on after the order was completed. They contacted me via email to let me know that the price will be much higher on the items I wanted, if I still wanted them. They took no responsibility and was unpleasant. They didn't listen to me as a customer. I will never order anything from here again!
