No reply from 2017 to 2022
I bought the book, The Antisocial Network by Luis Quiles, from Spaceman Project in 2017. The book was damaged when I received it. I sent them pictures of the book instantly, but never got an answer from them. I was (and still am) very frustrated with this bad experience. I even wrote the artist who seemed frustrated as well, and told me he would never work with them again. I wrote many polite mails to Spaceman Project, but after a year it seemed pointless. I will continue to post on their social media platforms from time to time since I don't want anyone else to fall into this deep black void of nothingness. Their bad customer service is a silent pit. Their business model is untrustworthy. Basically they have no customer service or return policy. I feel like they robbed me my money. Sure, I got the damaged book, but that was not what I paid for! Stay away from these swindlers!
