Fisher Space Pen Reviews 4

We have 2 times written the Fisher SPACE PEN company for help identifying my father's SPACE PEN that is of elderly production date. The company has still not responded back even I have send them a reminder. This is a month ago. We find such lack of after sale surprisingly poor for a high-profiled product.

So for you people thinking of buying a SPACE PEN be aware that this company does not practice customer service after sale.

Great product, great company.
I have used Fisher Space-Tec pens for about 12 years. It is the only pen I use at work, as an engineer on the railroad.
It works in the rain and upside down.
Whenever I have an issue with one of them, I send them in and they send me a fixed pen or a brand new one at no cost to me (except the cost to ship to them), every time.
I currently have 8 Space-Tec pens in rotation and just got 3 new ones in the mail after sending them 3 broken ones.
Such great service is very rare today and I'll be a customer for life.

I can't speak for their customer service, as I've never had an issue, but I'm here in praise of the product. Those of us on the autistic spectrum need tools which are consistent and reliable, and the Space Pen excels in this regard. Additionally, from a sensory point of view it is very smooth with no jagged edges, easy to grip, and it is a beautiful thing to behold. At the moment I just have the one pen (my other is mislaid, or rather "borrowed" and yes I will hunt you down and haunt you from my grave), but I hope to add to my collection in time. I've had my new pen engraved with my name. A great investment, and also comes with free historical associations as it is used on NASA space jaunts. God bless Mr Paul Fisher for giving us such a fine pen.

My current collection of Fisher Space Pens contains about a dozen pens. Each of them are cherished, because they always work, they write better than any pen I’ve used, and they fit perfectly in my pocket. I keep one in my car, one at the office, one in my studio, one in my briefcase, one in more in my padfolio. They are the best and what makes them even more special is the level of care that I’ve received from Fisher. I've had to send pens back occasionally because I've damaged them accidentally. Fisher goes above and beyond in their customer service. They not only stand behind their product, but I've never received such excellent service. Good for them. I wish all companies were like Fisher.
