I was recommended by a colleague who used this company. I was not the best at maintaining hot tub myself, so I got an annual contract with Spafix, it has made it easier for me. I add chemicals etc in between their visits and the hot tub has been clean and clear without much work from me. They had varying priced contracts to suit my pocket or needs. I recently wanted a change to the dates of the engineer visits which was sorted efficiently and no fuss by the office. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, from just browsing in the showroom to installation day. Carl in the showroom & the installation team were brilliant.

We recently inherited a rather old hot tub that was in need of some serious TLC! Spafix have expertly replaced the dead motor and brought it back to life. It was most recently serviced by Tony who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about our elderly tub. Really pleased to have him, and them, looking after our hot tub.

We’ve had our hot tub for almost a year and I am happy to report that it’s been well worth the investment. We took out the service plan and every 3 months our tub looks brand spanking new and the engineers are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and so thorough. If you are thinking of buying, I can’t recommend Spafix enough.

The team did a great job in helping us choose the right tub for our needs and an equally good job on installing and testing the unit. Very happy.

The help and knowledge given when we first started enquiries was excellent as we were after a plug and play type (13a 3 pin plug)
The communication about costs and delivery time was spot on with no hidden costs. A fitter came and saw where we wanted it sited to ensure there wasn't any disappointment and to reassure us. The team turned up promptly to deliver our spa, lifting it over a wall and positioning it in place. They were friendly and very professional in the task. They filled and prepared the spa for use, explaining the use of the different chemicals and functions.
The garden was left clean and tidy.
Overall a great experience from start to finish.

Really enjoying the Harbour Spas Monaco hot tub In Grey. Good professional service throughout. We had 1 minor issue with the cover. It had a small rip in it but was changed without any hesitation. So from sales to after sales all was excellent.

We had our Hot Tub delivered back in March 2021, Carl was very helpful, and his team delivered and installed it 3 weeks after the order was placed. They also ran through all the instructions on how to use it with me on delivery day, so I knew exactly what I was doing. The last 3 months have been fantastic, we are in it most evenings after work, lovely to relax at the end of the day 🙂

We bought a new Earth Spa from Spafix which has the energy saving Ecosmart73 heat pump. Installation was efficient and follow up good. 5 months on and we are very happy with our purchase the Ecosmart73 means our energy use is considerably less and we have a hot-tub ready for use day and night. A special mention goes to Carl, excellent friendly salesman, not pushy and plenty of sound advice - a credit to the company.

We inherited our PoolSpa when we bought our home. We had three engineers that charged us to basically tell us they couldn't do the job. Didn't hold much hope that it could/would be fixed. We were wrong.
From the initial enquiry with Spafix, booking and work, it was EXCEPTIONAL and an extremely professional service with outstanding communication.

Tony and Ollie were not only utterly professional but we now have a PoolSpa that looks as good as new! Highly recommend.

We’ve had 2 occasions recently when we had to call someone out to our hot tub. On both occasions the help we received was brilliant. From the lady who answered the phone to the engineer and the follow up call all the spafix people were polite and helpful and genuinely concerned. The engineer who came, Ashley, was really nice, kept us well informed before and during the visit and got us up and running in no time.
We will definitely use spafix again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

If only other service providers were like Spa Fix, genuine care and response from the Office staff keeping you updated to the engineers. Brilliant. Being new to world Hot Tubs the advice and information supplied by Carl Priest of Spafix was unbiased. It allowed us to purchase a hot tub with the confidence of knowing that service and back up was always available. From the initial site survey and installation all of the Spafix team were professional in their work and very helpful. We would both recommend any body looking for a Hot Tub to seriously consider Spafix.

Having agonised for months, and coming VERY close to ordering online (we are on the Isle of Wight so choices are limited) we decided to visit Spa Fix. Carl kindly opened the showroom on a Sunday, just for us, so we could wet-test some tubs. This was REALLY helpful and we then had some *must have" and "not bothered" features so we were able to choose the most suitable one for us.

The ordering and payment was simple and Spa Fix kept us informed during the ordering, pre delivery and delivery. Communication is so important when you're spending so much money!

On the day of delivery the guys were really efficient, and so quick.
There was a glitch that wasn't their fault because the tub was missing a connector that could only be accessed by removing a side panel, and would have been missing at manufacture. Our electrician had decided to be here for delivery so was able to sort it for us. The guys then set it up with all the basics: time of day, auto cleaning cycle, temperature, and chemicals so it was ready to use. They did a talk through so we were ready to use it (and could read the more lengthy manual at our leisure to customise it.)
If you're getting a large tub then having another pair of strong hands to help the guys is advisable.

10 days on and we've used it every day! It's brilliant!

Spa Fix did a courtesy follow up a few days after delivery - which was very welcome.
