Ordering/Delivery Experience is Great
My parts were delivered on time and I am currently integrating them into my design.

I bought GPS phat module and it arrived on time with complete set. It was easy to use and there are all sort of documentation and information regarding how to use it.

Good but excessive packaging
Items arrived on time but the packaging was excessive. The six tiny indestructible connectors could have been shipped in a cheaper small envelope.
Right part!
At least I got the right part. I ordered the same part from another vendor and they sent some other part.
Thank you.

I had good contact with your company.
I had good contact with your company.
they were willing to help and think with me about solution. and they did!
I inquired about returning a component…
I inquired about returning a component that seemed to be "bricked" upon arrival, probably 8 weeks after delivery. I expected to be told that I was too late to have tested it, but support was very gracious and said a return was OK (actually no need to send back the part) and a replacement would be shipped. More than I expected from you folks, and I thank you!
The product that I ordered was too…
The product that I ordered was too small to install. It was not worth pursuing. I am very dissappointed.

Got just what I wanted!
Connectors found, but other parts missing
I am in the process of updating an older system using a Particle Photon to a Photon 2, along with associated I/O boards. I need to make my own connectors to connect the old SparkFun Qwiic I2C parts still being used to the newer parts (from Mikroe, since SparkFun doesn't have the replacement parts needed, such as a Relay Shield for the Photon 2).
I knew what I was looking for
I knew what I was looking for, but for some reason I had a difficult time with the website to find it and then make a successful order. I don't remember this much difficulty in the past, something must have changed. Could be my end too, but my Firefox browser worked fine with a Digikey order just before. I have always been happy with the SparkFun product experience, and looking forward to receiving the UART enabled LCD's I ordered. I am replacing an 8 year old SparkFun UART LCD that was damaged.
