The products were of excellent quality and the delivery was fast

I went on the web site and selected what I wanted, 20 black plugs. The delivery came the next day but I receive 20 white plugs. I ring them up to say there has been a mistake. The reassure me they will put it right only to email me an hour later to say they don't do them in black despite them been advertised on the web site.

I needed the plugs urgently and have had to use them on a temporary basis until I can source the black ones elsewhere which means it's going to cost me twice as much as it should have. To say I am not happy is an understatement

Products were good value, service was excellent. I changed my order from home delivery to collect from store after I had placed it - they were very helpful and immediately changed the order status and arranged for the refund of the delivery charge.

Next day delivery of items ordered - just what you need form an electrical wholesaler

My order was a little unusual in that I required a very high percentage of intermediate switches - they phoned me two or three times, until they actually got a hold of me, to make sure my order was correct - that's never happened to me before. None of what I wanted was in stock, but they ordered it in and it was all on my doorstep within 72 hours - excellent service...

Returning customer here, as usual superfast next day delivery with everything as it should be.

Will be using again and highly recomend.

Next day delivery and an easy web site to use

I've not yet had chance to have the lights that I purchased fitted but they look as advertised. The website works really well in terms of identifying appropriate bulbs for light fittings. What I have been sent fits together fine. Overall I'm impressed so far with the site and the service :-)

We only ordered a light switch, but we were constantly appraised of the delivery status via text & email and it arrived at the house at exactly the time we had been told. I've never unwrapped such a well packaged light switch, it was like pass the parcel! Protected in its box by miles of clingfilm, in another box packed with shredded paper and covered in clingfilm, in a delivery bag. Very quick, very professional, very protected product...

Purchased some stair lights not installed yet but they appear to be exactly what I was looking for & I can't see me being disappointed once installation complete

It's unusual to get the best price and then have it backed up by excellent customer service but that's what I got from Sparks, and that's why I was driven to write a review.
Nowhere else had stock of the lights I wanted. Sparks didn't either but called around and gave me a estimate of 1 week to get them to me. Everyone else said three weeks.

The lights came 2 days after placing the order!

Sparks also happened to be the cheapest price I found for the lights, so I really did not expect such fantastic performance.

My lamp base order was processed and dispatched with amazing speed and the packaging was amongst the best I've experienced with an online retailer. I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend/ use again.

Fan is quiet and very, very effective at moving air.

The packaging was amazing. Light unit arrived in mint condition, just need to fit in new bathroom. It looks very smart and will fit with other chrome fittings.
