Dishonest company with zero empathy and no support — worst experience of my career
I joined Sparta Global after being told from day one that we would be placed on a Home Office project. There were many of us selected — some people couldn’t even attend the training — yet Sparta still kept them and continued as if everything was fine.
We went through two months of very intense training. We were told that we’d be “off-tested” for different roles and given opportunities based on our performance. That turned out to be completely false. They made me work extremely hard, gave me extra work compared to others, and then refused to give me my graduation certificate even though I completed all the required tasks.
I was also going through severe mental health challenges — depression and anxiety — and I openly informed my trainer. Despite that, I received absolutely no support or understanding from the company. There was no compassion, no flexibility, and no real concern for my wellbeing.
To make things worse, they fired me without a valid reason, claiming they couldn’t find me a client — even though I had completed everything they asked for. I even had an interview scheduled to present my work, but the day before, they suddenly terminated my contract, gave me one week’s notice, and blocked my email and HR access immediately after.
This was after I had sacrificed another graduate role that was secured for me months before joining Sparta, just so I could commit to their program. In the end, they used me, made me work for extra weeks with false promises, and then tossed me aside.
I honestly regret ever joining Sparta Global. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and have no respect for the people who put their trust in them. Avoid this company at all costs.
