Avoid SPARTOO

Avoid SPARTOO! Extremely unprofessional company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes that turned out to be too small. Their website clearly states “free return within 30 days”, but when I tried to return them, I was told that it’s not possible — because the product was sold by a “partner” (ButyJana) that only allows a 14-day return policy.
This information was never clearly mentioned during the purchase!

I contacted customer service several times — first I got automatic replies, then a long explanation in English refusing to accept the return. After that, no one replied at all. Their phone line doesn’t work (“please write an email, we can’t take calls”).

It’s completely unacceptable that SPARTOO blames its “partners” when customers buy through their website and follow their rules.
I lost money because of misleading return information and terrible customer service.

Never again SPARTOO!
I strongly advise everyone to avoid them — no help, no answers, and deceptive return conditions.

I brought a pair of shoes within 2…

I brought a pair of shoes within 2 months they had broken. I wrote an email to them they will no refund or change the shoes. Its disgusting you buy them thinking they are good quality and they are rubbish. I would not recommend to buy theses shoes.

El producto que elegiste es PARTNERS, lo que quiere decir que es de un vendedor asociado a Spartoo. Los "PRODUCTOS PARTNERS" tienen sus propias políticas de envío y devolución.

Este realizó las verificaciones necesarias con su departamento de calidad donde concluyeron que no se trataba de un defecto de fabrica. Sin embargo, aun así propusieron un gesto comercial que usted aceptó y se dio por cerrada la reclamación.

He verificado tu pedido y el paquete ha estado en reparto el día 18/06, en vista de que Correos no ha podido hacer la entrega pourque estabas ausente, y han dejado el paquete en una oficina de Correos para que lo vayas a buscar. Te lo han guardado 15 días. En vista de que no has ido a buscar el paquete, Correos nos lo ha devuelto.

Efectivamente le reembolso será efectuado en cuanto recibamos el paquete en nuestro almacén, te enviaremos un email de confirmación.

Not trusted for online payments

I ordered shoes on this page, but after a few days they told me that the shoes were not available. The refund was issued but a few days after my bank blocked my card because they identified a suspicious transaction. It was my first and only payment online with this card thus it is clear the platform is not trusted for online payments.

Te confirmo que tenemos un sistema de pago tan seguro, que al hacer una compra con tarjeta bancaria en nuestra página, tu banco debe enviarte un código único por compra, y tu debes colocarlo en la página para poder validar el pedido. Si tardas algunos minutos en meter el código, la compra se cae y no se registra pedido y tampoco el pago.

Adicionalmente, los datos bancarios están codificados, por lo que nuestros empleados no tienen acceso a ellos.

Somos una de la pocas páginas de venta en línea que tiene este sistemas de seguridad para el pago con tarjeta bancaria. Ya que para Spartoo, ofrecer seguridad a sus clientes es primordial.

Por lo que te invito a verificar con tu banco el motivo del bloqueo de tu tarjeta.

I was waiting for 3 weeks for a pair of…

I was waiting for 3 weeks for a pair of shoes but finally they told me they has loose the package. They send the the refund and send me a code of 20% as compensation. The problem is you cant use that percentage of discount in most of the product, just a few on the website, so that mean compensation is ridiculous

Lamento profundamente de las molestias ocasionadas.

El producto correspondiente al pedido que no has recibido es un producto partner, lo que quiere decir es que es un producto servido por un vendedor asociado a Spartoo.

Spartoo como intermediario, te ofrece el vale como gesto comercial para disculparnos por el incidente ocurrido con tu pedido partner, pero efectivamente el vale es para aplicar a los productos servidos directamente por Spartoo.

En la página se especifica esta condición para los descuentos que envía Spartoo y en el email en el que recibes el código del vale se detalla también que no se pueden aplicar a los productos partner.
