I had bought 2 pairs of specs 3 years ago and was very happy with the service and products.
This time I have ordered one pair of specs. I was confused by my new prescription however Linsey was a Star sending me several explanatory emails as I had lots of questions. She was so patient and helpful. A well deserved 5 star Custmer Service.
The specs fit perfectly, I ordered a smaller fitting, and the specs are so sturdy yet lightweight.
I'm over the moon with this company. Don't get your specs anywhere else, amazing prices too!!

Linsey in Customer Services was absolutely fantastic — she guided me patiently and kindly through the process of identifying the specific lenses I needed, which weren’t even listed on the order form. Nothing was too much trouble. Outstanding service.

The price was incredible; just £130 compared to the £325 quoted by RealEyes for the same specialised lenses. I was told delivery would take 7–10 days due to the lenses being more specialised, but they arrived in just 5 days! They were perfectly made and very safely packaged.

Always a first class experience with Specs By Post. I have an annual eye test due to a medical condition and so change my glasses quite often. I order new frames and also have my nearly-new frames re-glazed. The frames are keenly priced and really comfortable to wear. The service is fantastically quick and proficient. Just email Linsey your prescription and she'll make it all happen for you!

My wife and I have been using Specs-By-Post for at least ten years. The personal service has always been totally outstanding - Linsey in particular is always so helpful. We usually get our glasses renewed every time we have a prescription changed - every two years or so. We either use existing frames or new frames we've bought privately. We have reading, distance, transition distance, and prescription sunglasses for both reading and distance. The norm is a very fast turnaround of 3 days or so. We've saved a fortune over the years using Specs-By-Post and they are a very nice company to deal with.

I've been ordering glasses from Specs-by-Post for years and they've never let me down. I've just had a new pair of driving bi-focals made with distance/intermediate lenses (so I can see my dashboard and satnav) and they are just perfect.
Super helpful on the phone, always know who I am when I call, excellent pricing and quick delivery. It took one week to send my new frames to them, have them glazed and returned by post.

I have been buying my specs from Specs by Post since the company first began, I have tried other on line specs and delivery is slow, quality is poor. In my book Specs by Post is the best on line company out there. Their customer service is amazing, I was out in Spain, my specs broke, I rang them, they took my address and I had new specs delivered in 5 days. You cannot get better than that.

Just recently received my first order from Specs By-post and service was brilliant. I messed up my original order and received a quick response from Lindsey. After an email exchange Lindsey amended the order and I received the glasses 4 days later. The glasses were perfect for fit and vision. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you.

Had pair from these lovely people ,from my prescription ,senr the readings ,got glasse ,no good ,but turned out i had misread prescription wrong ,they right pair no extra charge and keep old ones for spare frame !

Excellent FAST service at a very good price. My wife and i use use these for glasses and to re glaze frames which they have provided an excellent and personal service. We love clic glasses which we buy from Italy and get them re glazed here at a reasonable price and VERY fast service. Lynsey is always extremely helpful and has corrected our mistakes without comment, thank you.

I have always had exemplary service and I am a fussy, demanding and verbose customer. Specs by Post are always patient, polite, practical and understand my parsimonious nature.

I've been using Specs by Post for years. They are my go to for when I need glasses without having to take out a mortgage application to buy them. In a recent case, I broke my glasses that I wear indoors. I ordered a replacement on Thursday night and on Saturday morning my glasses were delivered. Absolutely spot on top drawer service.

Specs by Post is my ‘go to store’. About 18 months ago I had trouble logging into the site. I was pleasantly surprised when, without me raising the query, a member of staff contacted me and sorted it out. Yesterday, 5th September, I wanted to order some particular specs but they were out of stock. I emailed the company to ask when stock would be replenished. Within 20 minutes, the same lady (as 18 months ago) replied; more stock had arrived while I sent my query.
So helpful. Prices are more reasonable than some other on line companies (for the same specs actually). For me the customer service is great, you interact with a human being, and it’s not a delayed ‘chat’. I’m not sure if I can mention names but from the date of my enquiry I hope this review reaches the managing director, Mr Carl Morley (yep, I’ve just checked who is in charge). I had another email confirming my order had arrived and was physically being taken to the lab. Great service.
