Ordered some ARPOL packs to the US, and after paying an unexpected additional import fee which was my fault, I was super worried about customs interference. It came through though, surprisingly. I'm very pleased with the speed of delivery, and the quality of my products. If I'm feeling lucky again, I'll order again! Thank you specshop for the superb ARPOL packs!

(UPS lagged my shipment an additional day and a half, but everything else was smooth)

The package was damage on transportation, we only got this information from the courier.
We had no contact from the shop. Refund? Yes, but not in total.
Really bad for the site.

I ordered from Denmark and everything arrived fast in one big package.
There was an item out of stock which they resolved with no problems. Good store i can recommend

It’s a great shop, they’ve got everything, good prices, high quality and pretty speedy delivery, couple of days from Poland to the Netherland. Another good point - I’ve made some order mistakes, returns and refunds went without a problem! Good customer service as well, also in English.

My first buy at this shop, I was a little afraid of buy a rock or a something like that, bought 2 magazines and arrived at home, fast shipping, and costumer service is good and trust. I recommend this shop!

Got wrong magazins and they will charge me for shipping, so i can return them. For this it was free shipping, and they did charge me for shipping enyway, got the mony back after Mastercard got them back for me. I will try find out what the magazins are for and sell them myself. Mastercard delite my card and send for a new one. Stay away from this store, they are crooks!

I am in Ukraine. Ordered magazines for our snipers, they sent me wrong type of magazines and are refusing to compensate, i am unable to send back order. Waste of money and time. Dont buy at thei shop. Peace to everyone.

Webshop says placing an order above €100 will get you free shipping. When you press the next button they want €45 for UPS delivery? Not for me! Ordering at powair6.

Have shopped here and they give discount in the form of points. I received an email that I had 11 Euros for good on my account. But when I want to buy something on the website they say that I can not buy the desired products for my discount of 11 Euros. I do not like that kind of fake advertising

I bought a pant and sent her back because she was too big. The Company didnt answering my Mails and there was no repayment.

SpecShop has NOT given my order to UPS after 1 month! I reached out to UPS that it has been a month without receiving my order (I paid expedited shipping). UPS told me the seller had created a label but HAD NOT given the order for shipping. I have reached out to their email and have heard nothing.

I received order fast, but was wrong item - customer service was fast and replaced it without issues.

Delivery time a little longer than expected, but acceptable
Both packages on my order was damaged, so I contacted Specshop via their chat function on their webpage, they asked me to send a email with Photos.
It has now been 4 days since I sent them the email, and they have still not replied, even though I have sent them "friendly reminders" the following two days.

I have a bad felling about this.

Worst customer service ever. I bought an item that was listed as "in stock" on their site, but after paying via Paypal and waiting a week without confirmation via email, I started emailing myself. I didn't get an answer to several emails and the Help & Chat is even worse! They just lied and said they had sent me an email saying the item was "not in stock", but it certainly wasn't, they didn't send me an email. The agent in the chat was unprofessional and sometimes made me wait all day for an answer while the chat was on "active". Then I asked for my money back anyway, but I got no answer back. Only after threatening that I would report it to paypal, I finally got my money back.

I will never order anything from this webshop again. They lie and make you wait in uncertainty while large amounts are involved. This is the worst webshop ever where I ordered something!

My G&G L85 handguard has broke and i wasn't able to find couterpart, until i visited Specshop site. Found nice and rare Madbul part - it's great that they have some uncommon stuff.

Love that Becker BK16 I bought there. Real workhorse made of a thick chunk of steel. Realy quick delivery!

Purchased a Glock 17 gen 4 magazine, along with some bb's from SpecShop in March. Delivery was incredibly slow - 2 weeks plus - and their communication was terrible. They did not send any updates on delivery or provide any tracking information.

When my items did finally arrive, they were poorly packed and looked like they'd just been thrown in a box without any regard.

I had only used the gen 4 magazine twice before the bb loader spring completely buckled and the top of the magazine started leaking co2 gas. The product was faulty and useless and I would implore anyone thinking of buying something from this shop to think twice. The quality of their products is incredibly POOR.

On their website they state that they have a 30 day no quibbles returns policy, so I submitted a refund request, paid for postage and sent the magazine back. I had to continuously email them in order to check whether it had arrived. When they recieved my return they said they would refund me within 14 days... I waited for two weeks and still no refund. I contacted them again and they refused to refund, saying that they could not accept the return as their was wear to the magazine (this wear was due to the product being FAULTY). What company thinks it's ok to leave a customer in the dark for two weeks expecting a refund, to then say they won't accept the return and leave your emails unanswered...

Terrible products and appalling customer service.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I was a little skeptical about these guys at first, because they had only PayPal and Banwire payment options. But PayPal gives you almost the same rights as any credit card, and I was really interested in some of their goods. So I tried paying, but I had miscalculated the zloty rate, which let me to press "confirm order" only to be told by paypal that I did not have sufficient funds. This is of course viewed as a "placed order" by their servers, due to the fact that I pressed confirm order, and I felt like a difficult customer when I asked them to please cancel my order. But, only minutes later, my order was cancelled and I made a new one. Same problem. Cancelled again, with no complaints or condescending remarks from Specshop's part. Finally I placed the order, and 5 hours later it was shipped. Oh and did I mention the prices would even beat American Evike on some goods?
Will buy again.
