Horrible customer service

Ordered this on Dec 4th and it took them a week to get it to me. They use a third party delivery system. When I received it, I only received the cord and not the plug. They advertise that this is the replacement cord for Costco’s reindeer set. So I reach out to them and this is what I got back!

Power adapters and cables are sold separately.

What would make you assume they are sold together? No where on the product page does it state that power adapters and cables are a set.

It isn't a Costco reindeer "KIT"...nor is it advertised as such.

Some customers only need the adapter when it breaks...some customers only need the 3 way cable when it breaks. For that reason they are sold separately so the customer can order what they need.

I would encourage you to read the product description more thoroughly in the future and do your due diligence, and not blame the merchant with your disappointment for that failing.

Not at all helpful as I returned it to them, cost me $15 to send it back and they received it in 2 days!!! They would not send me a prepaid label and deducted their postage from my refund. Not a happy customer! Do Not recommend them at all! No phone number to reach them only by email! Would not recommend them at all.

I must admit that I was nicely…

I must admit that I was nicely surprised by their customer service! I had given a 1 star review after receiving a new power unit that frustratingly did not work with my outdoor lights. I had ordered it after thinking that I had given the exact description of the faulty one on my end. Well, I found out that the match was not complete, as there can be two kind of +/-polarities for the same item. As it happens often with a 50-50 probability, I naturally got the wrong one for my lights. I have to say that the customer service reacted the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem. I am returning the wrong power unit and will wait with confidence for its replacement.

Demands a 5 star review on their average products.

This company bribes for top reviews. When I had the audacity to give them an "acceptable" (3 star rating), they started hounding me to change my review to a 5 star so they could them reward me with points to be used at their store for future purchases. They also wanted to know why I "demerited" my rating.

5 star ratings are apparently the new average, no longer requiring someone to provide a service or product that is somehow outstanding. I haven't had the replacement power cord I purchased from them long enough to know if it is indeed "outstanding". So far it does its job, but to demand a 5 star review for providing a product that simply does what they promised is absurd.

My "demeriting" review:

"It works. So far the replacement power cord for the OEM has been functioning as promised."

When I expressed doubts in doing business with a company with those practices, their response was:

"Noted. I will note your account to not do business."

The gall!
