No correspondence on delivery of items.
Avoid this company at all costs. I had a parcel supposed to be delivered in to Spain no correspondence as to when it would be delivered. Checked with sender who gave me a link of the tracking, only then I found out the parcel was supposed to arrived, and no one was in. I then found out this item had been at a drop of point.
No one contacted me by phone or email regarding this delivery, and was sent back to the senders address. If this is the best Italian shipper can do I will not purchase from Italy again. Totally abysmal bunch.

Puoi portare il tuo pacco presso punti convenzionati (tabacchi, edicole, centri commerciali,.. ) senza dover aspettare il corriere.

Parcel lost?!
parcel should've been delivered until 29 march, today is 5 april, no news, the parcel is in Prague, but no futher news from it. They're only saying multiple times "we've pushed the delivery company"
