If I could score zero I would
If I could score zero I would! Had coach booked for hen weekend to Brighton, company confirmed in the morning before we were due to leave and then cancelled within hours stating that they had double booked!!! When we complained we were informed it it's in the small print!!
Absolutely disgusting service!! Don't use this service!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Horrendous service.
Booked a coach a year ago for 25 of us. Coach has just cancelled with about 15 hours notice that they have accidentally double booked and sorry they can't do anything because it's in their small print. Horrendous service. No apologies. No care. No bother. What a terrible coach company. Completely leaving us in the lurch. Would never use again.

An appalling company who charge over double the price, get details wrong and then charge the customer extra! Customer services department just shouted down the phone at me….their bank details can’t be recognised and their terms and conditions mean they never have to give a refund…..AVOID TNIS COMPANY

Speed Coaches 5* & Would Recommend.
Speed Coaches have been fantastic with arranging travel for a 40 seater coach which was required for a 1 day trip. They have been excellent with keeping up contact throughout and a special mention goes out to Eric who has been dealing with my booking as he as been patient with all my queries and always replied within at least at an hour via email
Will definitely be booking up with this company again for any future travel needs which I may require.
