Friendly Support, Room for Improvement in Communication
I haven't received the product yet, so I can't comment on its quality at this time. However, I can share my experience with the customer support team.
The positive aspect is that whenever I called, the ladies were always very friendly. Unfortunately, they weren't able to directly assist me with my inquiries, which was somewhat frustrating.
Two weeks ago, I sent an email but received no response. When I called a week later, I was informed that my email hadn't been received and that I needed to send it to a different address than the one listed on their website. Another week passed without a reply, so I called again. Once more, I was told to wait as the representative couldn't directly address my question.
After four more days of waiting, I've decided to leave this review on Trustpilot. While the staff is polite, the communication process could use significant improvement. I hope the company can streamline their support system to provide more efficient assistance to their customers in the future.
Due to these communication issues, I ultimately decided to purchase the product from a third-party seller who had it on sale. I chose not to order directly from SpeedComfort as I felt uncertain about receiving adequate support if I were to encounter any problems with the product. This experience has left me concerned about potentially being left to deal with issues on my own if I had ordered directly from the company.
