This product and company are truly a pile of sh$t!!!! Asked for a refund offered me 25% as i opened box Evan though their site said 20% refund if not happy, fake reviews on their site I have definitely been scammed! Lesson learnt read other reviews, avoid at all costs

This company is disgusting
This company is disgusting. The product is badly made and does not work. I requested a full refund and they sent numerous emails offering discounts of 25%, 50% then 75%. I refused and they said I needed to pay for return. Also I had to send it in original packaging undamaged. I am concerned that if I send it back they will find a reason to refuse a full refund. Do not buy from these charlatans. They are crooks.

Failed delivery four times . Demanded refund and they used every excuse to avoid doing this . Even the tracker provided is fake . AVOID AT ALL COST . You will lose your money and you will not get the product . Impossible to redress this as the so called company are not based in the uk

Do not use this company, it’s a scam sent out broken unit that did not work, returned as per the 100% refund policy but had to pay for shipping. Was informed money would be refunded within 5-10 days. No refund then informed issue with refund and would be resent, no refund, contacted them again and have been informed out of 30 day refund policy so unable to send refund. Total scam was returned within 15 days and think there was never any intention of receiving refund. Same identical product on Amazon for £15 under a different name. Do not use
