Package still not delivered after 8 days

I have been waiting for my package since July 3rd, and today is already July 11th. It still hasn’t been delivered. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no helpful update about when my parcel will arrive.

Delivery companies should respect their delivery times and keep customers informed. Unfortunately, this experience has been very frustrating.

I live in the country we have a neighborhood mailboxes a station a with over 100 boxes of which we all have a key to our own box. Instead of delivering my package to my house they left my package on top of the mailboxes which is one mile from my house. My neighbor saw it up there looked at it and saw my name they brought it to me. I have another package in the process on route I hope this one is brought to my house.

Sorry delivery

Won the Packers was delivered a day late and two when it was delivered it was just thrown in my driveway on the ground which is not approval by me when I have a front porch they could have set it on or a mailbox they could have stuck it in

The worst delivery company

The worst delivery company. All my packages has been stolen with this company. If you ever see this company delivering your package cancel it quick. Ur items will gone including ur money. Put my package on the side of my apartment building main office in front of a access gate. If the delivery person didn't want to put it by my door the could have easily gave it to the office workers it was around 3pm and the office does not close till 5.

Their drivers are thieves!!

Their drivers are thieves!!! There are reviews everywhere warning people not to do business with them but that means not buying from the companies that use them! I ordered clothes and shoes for a wedding out of the country and they STOLE IT! I received a delivery email but no porch activity nor driveway activity. The picture they used as proof was so blurry it could’ve been anything! I want my money back because I KNOW they won’t do what’s right and bring my package back! I’m pressing charges for sure. I can’t stand thieves and this company is a joke for hiring them!

This company and its delivery workers…

This company and its delivery workers are the absolute worst. I don’t know who’s worst the people who are hiring or the people that are hired. Like do your job that you’re getting paid for which is read and understand the address then deliver to the apartment… I am so sorry pissed about my package

If you ever have any other courier options ALWAYS pick the other ones

They have literally delayed my package for 1.5 month, and even when they pick up that damn phone (which they never do) they misscommunicate and shut it down if you tire them even the slightest (i didnt even tire them, they just kept typing my tracking code wrong even tho i told them the correct one 20 times over) JUST PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS

Poor delivery location and overall service

Wow, I wait for weeks to get a package to get multiple unable to be delivered messages. Surprise surprise tonight I get a notification saying my package was delivered. Showed the photo proof of my BIG package placed on top of my mailbox which is located on the side of a major highway. I jumped out of bed to drive the 1/4 to my mailbox. My package was GONE in a matter of 5 minutes of less! DO BETTER!!

This is the second package I did not…

This is the second package I did not receive. The first time I was sent a photo of the confirmed delivery but it wasn’t my house. Second time on 4/10/25 I was sent a photo of the confirmed delivery and happened to be working from home, less than 10 minutes after receiving the text stating the package had been delivered (with the photo of the package on my front porch) I went to retrieve it and it wasn’t there. It’s a cat bed and cleaning brushes for my cat! When whoever stole it opens it they’re gonna be so disappointed!!!!

Horrible!

If I could, I would give them a -10. My package tracking says "out for delivery" from Elk Grove IL since April 3rd, today is April 9th. It's only an hour from here, it shouldn't take 6 damn days to get my package! They could have driven the SOB from California and back by now. Companies need to stop using these losers to send packages! Oh, and NO customer support!

Terrible service 2nd time and my package is delayed or lost. Shouldn’t be that hard to deliver especially when you’re an hour away at one point then it’s in my town supposedly for two days. Still not here Five days of notice
