Well I come here to leave a 1 star revive but I see they have 96% of 1 star reviews!
Unbelievable!

ofcourse, also in my case the package is missing for over a month and I have no update from Speedex. Can someone prepare a petition or a lawsuit against them. I would gladly sign it with my name.

I am surprised they actually delivered my package right on my porch and didn’t steal it or anything. I did have a good delivery but after reading the reviews I don’t trust this delivery company so I won’t be ordering anything else from Shein or Ali Express. I rather just use Amazon but anyways. In my opinion, it might just be the people in specific areas who are criminals and losers. So Speed X really needs to consider who they’re hiring to work for them.

THE WORST +1 month for them to bring me a package, I call them, I send them an email, nothing was answered by the poor scammers.TOTALLY USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND A SHAME! Compared to ACS or Courier Center, this is hell !!!
10 days later i went and got it from their shop

I hate your service. Your company lost 5 of my packages. On the label, it states beauty obsession. If your staff can't recognize the exact location, you are responsible. Lastly, your apology is unnecessary. Please find my packages.

As other stated here . Packages are stolen either by the deliverers or because they put the packages in unsafe places

Not even one star !!! Speedex Greece must disappear. I was waiting for one parcel since 6 June now I have plus another parcel waiting to be delivered to me. The joke goes too far now . Speedex send us phone number to call them and when you are lucky to get them on the phone they just say to us that they cannot delivered because they don't have driver for the delivery. So parcels stay there until they fund driver!!!!! Unbelievable but true. Shame on you Speedex

My packages was delivered but it was stolen because it was placed in a chair in my driveway. Who leaves a package on chair in a driveway? My front door was easily accessible. Negative stars! Lazy inconsiderate incompetent. Booooo

Transit to next smaller area takes too much time, several days. Nafplio office is very unfriendly and not prepared to help or give information. Compared to ACS or Elta Courier, this is hell !!!

I've been waiting for my packable for days and as of today it states that it's out for delivery. I was contravention at 3 o'clock in the morning for the drop off, I suspected fraud cause I've NEVER had a delivery at such time. At this present time I'm still awaiting my package.

This is the third package that they claimed that they claim that they couldn’t deliver my packages, I tried to call no answer at all and I need these things for my wedding that’s coming up on the 20th, worst carrier ever.

They are HORRIBLE. DRIVER STOLE MY PACKAGE!!!! Shein returned my money right away but that isn't the point. Driver took pictures and walked off with the package.

Ordered from Shein the worker came up marker as delivered and then walked off with my box and stole it. The neighbor seen him,. Now I am in able to get my money back or get in touch with someone...

They had my SHEIN package over a month, and did not delivered it. I went there to collect it because they never answered the phone (30calls in a week). I asked them where to call them, they gave the phone and I called them in front of them. The phone never rang and the "ladies" (god make them...) pretended nothing happened when I confronted them about the fact. I contacted SHEIN about the SPEEDEX issue. Stop buying from SHEIN if the do not change courier company! CANCEL SPEEDEX should be a fact in Greece...

Very bad company. They left my package in front of the garage instead of delivering it to my door and my package got stolen.

The worst courier company in Greece! I thought the other one was the worst but I stand corrected. Speedex is a nightmare! The package is not yet delivered until now and it's been already almost a month! And the worst is nobody is answering the phone neither the emails. The worst! The worst! The worst!

What went wrong this time? Same as the other times. 4 out of 4 packages missing. A package would have more luck arriving if you'd stop a random crack-head in the street and ask them to deliver it.

There's no courier company worse than this one! Packages take a lifetime to reach the receiver and communicating with outer space is easier than contacting them! Unacceptable!!!
