Wouldn't use again, awful customer service

I purchased quite a lot of swimsuits as I had no idea what size I would be in Speedo products. I returned them using the label provided in the bag as most were an awful unflattering fit. The package somehow went missing for a long time. Another customer with a missing package said they use Evri as a courier so now I see why that probably happened. I am now out of pocket for around nearly £200 & no swimsuits! Endless contact with customer service that goes round in circles. Then last week 1 swimsuit was refunded! It was a huge bag with 6 in it! Something fishy going on with the warehouse team as I'm still waiting for a return on the other 5. Will never use again.

Poor

Poor customer service and impossible returns policy. It is not FREE. You waste all your time and energy following their process, nothing actually works despite doing everything right and when you finally speak to a person at Speedo you get negative attitude and the phrase there is nothing I can do. I’ve had speedo costumes since I was 12… now in my late forties and frankly shocked at how downhill this brand has gone. Poor!

Design on swimsuit has completely…

Design on swimsuit has completely peeled off in a few washes even on a cold cycle with my other gym clothes. Very disappointing for the price.

Brilliant product and service

Very happy with the shorts and Speedo's service. I wore the shorts and set big PBs. Unfortunately, the FINA approved label started to peel off after 2 uses but Speedo have agreed to replace them. Would recommend the product and the company.

Nothing not to like

I bought a replacement black legsuit (I lost the previous one) and also chose one in nice colours. They are very well made. The fit is great and very comfortable to swim in. I then ordered a different size for my daughter. She is also pleased with hers. All three arrived very quickly after ordering. Highly recommended.
