Returning customer, and did me proud again! We're moving from London to north of Glasgow, and setting up a new workshop. I needed a table saw collecting from Wakefield and delivering to Scotland, and a narrow window of just a few days for it all to happen in. Collected on time, and even though I'd made a bit of a fuss about when I needed it delivered by, when the van broke down and delayed me by a day, they moved the delivery schedule without any bother and got it to me absolutely on time and safely. These guys are my "go to" pallet shipping company. Thank you again!

1. Took longer this time to book/ schedule a pick up.
2. Hard to reach them thru their email.
3. Some of my emails was not answered promptly.
4. I was not informed on the arrival of the delivery.

Driver failed to turn up when booked for that day. Driver failed to turn up the following day. Driver finally picked goods up the following week.

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AT ALL COST!. SCAMMERS!!! BE WARE!!! They are nothing short of criminals. They charged me £195 to move two items, wrongfully advised me that the items were okay to collect if they were in wooden frames only to show up and tell us they won't collect them because they were not on pallets. I asked what their cancellation policy was and they said they would be a £40 charge so i decided to cancel. This company held my money for almost 3 weeks, and decided to refund me £97 only. I rang them to advise them that i was told they would only be deducting £40 and the lady was dismissive, constantly commenting that it was in their terms and conditions which i had signed up to. They are literally taking orders, finding a reason not to fulfill and getting paid half your money. I will be escalating to the Competition and Markets authority because this is completely unacceptable! Will also post on every social media platform there is. You dont steal from people. Not in this current economic climate.

Didn’t come on the day they said so had to stay in 2 days. Couldn’t leave the pallet out as the weather was terrible

Didn't know what to expect and was apprehensive as I've never needed to send a big parcel before. But the customer service was excellent, they even provided a pallet for my delivery to a notoriously fussy company when it came to returns. I had my refund back with no issues thanks to the Speedshift time. Thank you guys
