The worst company to deal with. They won’t contact you to go over your application, you get to call them (chase for that loan) and IF somebody answers, they will hang up mid conversation as your trying to get them to help navigate their poorly designed website.
I was told the application has to be redone because the debit card and banking info dosent match even though THEIR WEBSITE gets all the info 🤦🏽‍♀️
I then redid my application by 9:30am and at 2pm still have heard nothing from them
I would never refer this company to someone who truly has an emergency and needs funds quickly because quick is not in their vocabulary

Terrible customer service. Told me I was approved then never let me finalize the loan and I sent many messages and no one got back to me. I phoned a few of the phone numbers I found and no one answered those either. I've never experienced such poor service in my life.

The banking verification process is the worst part of the application. It takes more than 30 minutes to complete and is very frustrating. Other lenders use services like Flinks, which are much faster and more efficient. This long verification process makes the overall experience inconvenient and needs improvement.

I have used speedy cash twice. Nothing speedy about it. You call to talk to a rep, like Cashco, voicemail is all you get. I paid my loan off, sent them an email to get confirmation from them that the loan payment was received, nothing! Crickets! No response. Not good customer service!

Based solely on my recent experience. I applied online on Sunday at 7am. No response or communication. At 1pm I emailed customer service. Zero response. Their system or someone emailed me at 1230am Monday telling me to resubmit/apply. Im not a new client. Ive used this service multiple times. There have been hiccups before. This was just a new level of bad service.

They used to be so fast but they have recently changed their system and now it takes over a week to reloan. What is the point? They also never answer their phone and never email you back.

I can never get a hold of someone on the phone.
They never awnser the phones, also barely awnser emails. Ive gotten couple loans so far. The last one took over a fay or two which my others were instant. Now friend trying to sign up and its giving them errors every time. I am on the fence with them.

they approved me for up to $660 but had trouble funding the loan, so they decided to deny me the loan when I chose a different payment option! They take hours if not days to respond. Don’t deal with this company there are far superior lenders!!

Been good just a little slow getting a response back after you’ve paid off your loan but takes time for the bank to clear your payments now.

I have been a value customer for awhile. No problems paying them back what so ever. I needed to reloan, waited the seven days. I reloaned as an existing customer for almost a year or so. Received emails back that they cannot approve my application at this time try again in 30days with no explanation why. Impossible to get through by phone. I don't know what happened to this company but they were good at first and now they are not reliable at all. Maybe they changed management. There are better payday loan companies online.

I put in an application on the 3rd of September, recieved one email back asking for credentials sent them still waited a whole day to receive an email at 10 at night telling me they couldn't get to my file and to re-sign. I did that and now I'm waiting another whole day as it's the 5 they advertise that they are quick same day . I have sent a couple emails hoping for a response and nothing..

Not speedy at all...I applied for a small loan 36 hours ago and still under review. No email responses and impossible to get through on the phone.

I applied for loan I got approved and I signed the documents waiting get the money since yesterday even weekdays until now didn’t get the money didn’t hear from them when person sgin the documents should get the money right away there is no phone number to contact them also I emailed them no response

They took my payment 2 times and they did not give it back...I got ripped off and on child tax day where my kids needed it most
