A month later..

These guys send out parts...dont try and email the support email on shopify, email speedy fasteners directly. Royal Mail is a hassle in my personal experience.

so it's not a Shopify issue at all. we use Royal Mail for all shipping who then pass the package on to foreign domestic couriers. 99% of the time its fairly quick and efficient, but occasionally like with Spencer's order, things get held up or even lost. Good news is customs in Canada have the item now so hopefully he receives it soon. At Speedy Fasteners we post items out same day (orders before about 2pm) or next working day, after that it's in the postal system, so I think his 3 star review (if he doesn't change it again 😉) is a reflection on posatage company, not us...

Couldn’t get the part here in Australia, found it in Britain, exactly what I needed. Item was Posted immediately and I received it very quickly. Great service.
