Thank you for your attention and support during the enrollment process at Speos Photography School. Unfortunately, due to the rejection of my visa application, I informed you that I would not be able to continue my education with your institution and submitted the visa rejection document accordingly.
During our email correspondence, you stated that the pre-enrollment fee / deposit (€3,500.00) would be refunded in the event of a visa refusal. Following the rejection of my visa application, I contacted your institution nearly two weeks ago to request the refund of my enrollment fee, as indicated in your email. Despite exchanging emails two times since then, I regret to inform you that no concrete resolution has been reached so far. Not having received a definitive response to my request has fallen short of the high professional standards I expected from your institution.
As stated to me in writing by your institution, I trust that this matter will be resolved immediately. As an academically reputable institution, I hope and expect that you will act in accordance with your principles of transparency and reliability.
