Though it all got a bit confusing at one stage as we wre being sent things from both SPF and the bank and it was difficult to know whether we had provided all that was necessary to complete the mortgage. More clarity from SPF on what we needed to do and what was outstanding (ie a live checklist would have been helpful)

Perfect assistant to a home move!
Our experience with SPF has been consistently excellent.
