Excellent Service from Sphera Docce & Accessori
I found myself struggling to find a spare part for my freestanding bath tap (purchased from a different company), As a last resort I reached out to Sphera Bocce & Accessori for advice. I was honestly feeling frustrated by the lack of help from the Swedish company I initially bought the tap from. To my surprise, just one hour after sending my emai, I received a response from Sphera Docce with fantastic news! They confirmed they could help me get the part I needed. Within a couple of days, the part was shipped all the way from Italy to Sweden.
I was trully impressed by the efficiency and helpfulness of Maite Allegra. Her customer service was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend Sphera Docce & Accessori. They really went above and beyond.
