I never received my package for tarot cards. Their "tracking system" said that my package had been delivered. But it was never delivered. I asked for my money back and they refused. Don't order from here, seems like I am not the only one!

I purchased a double braided dog leash after seeing an ad on Instagram. This was on June 19. Today is Oct 3 and let me tell you that it's been an ordeal trying to get this product from the company. After 2 months of not receiving the product I started to follow up. They told me they's send a replacement. 3 weeks later I get a flimsy leash that looks poorly made and not like the product I ordered. I email them photos of what I ordered vs what I received. They asked me to take photos of the packaging too. I do that and send it all to them on Sept 14. Another 3 weeks goes by. Still no product. I email asking for an update or a refund (at this time it's my 4th request for a refund). After a few days they respond that my product was delivered and here's a link to your tracking order and a website. I put in the tracking number and it does show delivered 3-4 days ago, but I have checked (and re-checked) my mailbox and nothing. I live in a safe neighborhood with older residents who all look out for each other's packages. I have no reason to assume a neighbor has it. I start deep diving into this shipping website they sent me (where it says delivered on Sept 27) and the deeper I go my tracking number starts to yield NO results. I'm exhausted and just giving up. This company is a total scam. Buyer beware.
