Spinal Products (Able2 UK Ltd) goes above and beyond to help their customers. I have been so impressed with their products and the customer service I received.
I ordered a replacement Harley pillow and needed some help finding the product so I called customer services, who answered straight away, and were very helpful. I ordered the pillow and it arrived the next day, during lockdown (!), which is incredible service. It then turned out that I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong pillow, so I emailed them and got a reply the same day explaining a bit about the pillow I had received and on top of that they sent me out a complementary pillow of the one I wanted to buy originally.
I am not sure what happened to the person who rated them 1 star but my experience has been incredibly positive. If I could give them ten stars I would. The products are as described and really do the job in helping with neck/back pain, the delivery is very fast and the customer service is the best I have ever received! I thoroughly recommend this company.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service, complaint about their wedge got ignored. I also left a 2 star review on their website that didn't go live so that's very suspicious too. Be wary of buying from them.
