No issues with booking an appointment even though I was dubious about the AI agent. Craig was the engineer who was efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Swift appointment and efficient diagnosis of the problem. Part ordered while on site. Repair effected 2 days later. Great service

I would definitely recommend using Spin Doctor.
The administration process was very efficient. The service was prompt and I received good, helpful advice from the call out technician. Installing a replacement washing machine and the removal of the old machine was carried out very smoothly.

Please don’t. If your hob or any other electrical appliances is more than 5 years old just get a replacement. Looking to have it repaired Is a gamble. As if the engineer turns up and say it is beyond economic repair. You lose your £98. Poor decision making on my part as It felt like a scam. I have now ordered a hob at curry’s (Hisense £149 with delivery) and getting a tradesman to install ( £80) £229 in total. In hindsight this is a better option. Better than gambling with a repair by this company. They do warn you at the start that the £98 is not refundable however, I wanted a quick turnaround but it ended up being a waste of time and money. I suggested to them that I buy a new hob from them and they install it. Asked if they would consider a discount but they declined and quoted £350 plus the £98. £448 in total. The whole experience appeared opportunistic to me.

From making the call to office staff to Engineer arriving on time and giving me update of arrival time, all ran perfectly. Dealt with issue speedily .. friendly, polite and informative.. thank you

The females that answered the call were extremely abrupt, the first female didn’t know what a tub was neither did the second why answer a call if you don’t know how to deal with enquiries. Then proceeded to be verbally abusive stating in “England we don’t call it a tub” I advised her to google it then she will know exactly what it is “A sealed drum washer uses a tub (often plastic) where the bearings and drum are permanently fixed”

I’m not one leave reviews but this service and especially Chris the technician were brilliant. Both in terms of ease of service, booking, website and value. I couldn’t recommend them more.Will be our go to now for repairs.

I can't fault the service from Spin Doctor. Quick, efficient and at a reasonable cost. Only thing I'd mentioned is to be sure the appliance is worth repairing as the cost was almost half the cost of a new machine. So probably not worth it for most appliances over 5 years old. That said better from an environmental perspective and I would recommend SpinDoctor if you want someone to repair your appliance.

Came the morning after I phoned. Fixed the dishwasher successfully. Very pleased.

Keiron came out on Monday, diagnosed that washing machine was not economically repairable. Ordered new machine and was delivered and fitted the next day. Even took the old machine away. Prices competitive with AO.

The appliances are installed rather quickly and they register the warranty for you too :)
