I had an excellent experience with Spinnaker Boutique. My first order came in ONE day with DHL Express from Italy to Netherlands! Wow! Well I paid €25, but for that service it’s absolutely not expensive for shipping costs.
Before my order was shipped, I emailed customer service to update my delivery address because my house number was twice to be sure. They answered fast and my address was corrected within just two hours. I really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they handled my request.
The customer service was outstanding, the packaging was beautiful, and everything was handled professionally from start to finish.
I highly recommend Spinnaker Boutique and will definitely shop with them again. Thank you for the fantastic service.
