I first contacted Spiral Cellars in early 2015 (!) when I started planning my dream holiday home in Greece.

Over the years it has remained top of my ‘wish-list’ to install the ‘secret agent’ style electric revolving glass doorway, as the ‘in-floor’ entrance to my purpose-built lower-ground floor wine-cellar.

Last year (2023) I contacted Spiral Cellars to enquire whether they still made and installed such a piece, and was pleasantly surprised, that they still had my correspondence (going back to my original enquiry in 2015!).

Since then my Greek architect and I have collaborated very closely with various personnel from Spiral Cellars, all of whom have been excellent, helpful and very knowledgable and ‘understanding’ of our every need.

They constructed the revolving electric glass circular door to our, very specific, requirements. Then they delivered it, in perfectly good time, for installation by their own crew of technicians, who flew to Athens and then drove more than two hours to our home to fit it!

The glass door was delivered in perfect condition, exactly per specification, in a purpose-built crate and was fitted over two days by the expert and professional Spiral Cellar technical team.

Both my architect and I were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and technical expertise exhibited by Spiral Cellars and their whole team from start to finish.

The revolving glass cellar door is a work of art! A real jaw-dropper for those lucky enough to witness it in action!

The beauty of this product is its versatility in being suitable, not just for a spiral cellar, but also (as with our house) as the spectacular entrance to a below-ground wine (or other) room. It show-cases such a feature to perfection.

I would recommend them to anyone. I am delighted to say that I am a very very satisfied client.

Superb product. Great install. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The after-sales service and support is second to none. I was actually amazed at how much this company bends over backwards to help if small issues are found. We had one minor issue in 3 years and an engineer was on site within an hour.

Wow was completely shocked how bad this company was we weren’t sent any construction information even though we were doing a part build. The site installers were brilliant apart from leaving our drive in a awful mess. The door arrive cracked not the on site guys fault but what a palapa to get it changed.. even though it was nothing to do with us. The on-site manager diss believed me about not receiving information then had to back track when he found out we hadn’t received it. We had a crack in our step and ended up fixing it ourselves as it was easier. I would not buy from them again sorry a product of thus stature needs better site management..!!! However they were spot on asking for the money every payment....
