the customer service of this company is utterly shocking. As a business owner I have been left with no wi-fi since 1pm yesterday. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone them to be passed from one person to another who did not know how to hep me. I have been on the phone from 09:00 this morning and currently still on the phone due to the call handlers telling me that there is no one available to assist me. this has significantly negatively impacted the daily operations of our business! the lack of customer support is utterly shocking. Avoid at all costs.
Pretty Poor...
Coming up for 3 months now since I started the process and still no stable service at my shop.
Call back promises broken.
Told multiple times that my service was ready and it's not.
Incorrect equipment installed in locations.
Techs asking me what the best way to proceed!?
Just a joke, would not recommend.
Ryan.
Great customer service from Alan Joy, made me aware of all the options available to me and ultimately guided me to a perfect solution which was cheaper than the solution I started of with. Would recommend to anyone (especially BMS Engineers) looking for a remote solution for graphics and software.

Just don't! They advertise a 3CX service and then sell you an inferior service, "FireSwitch" The only thing you can do with this system is set it on Fire. I'm so disappointed, their support is shocking.
Following a recent broadband upgrade, we had an issue with the router which we had received meaning that we had no internet.
Given this, the support team at Spitfire, and in particular our account manager Chris, went above and beyond to get a replacement router out to us by bike to make sure that we were up-and-running again as soon as was possible. Amazing service

Most of us know that OpenReach own the cables to our premises - the ISP is merely re-sellling their access to the network. But when things go wrong we find out how what the ISP's customer service and technial support is like.
Spitfire's is pretty useless. I understand that they have to use first-line techs to weed out the "I deleted the internet" crowd, but as someone who is not an IT professional but knows more that the average Joe I am quickly able to ascertain whether or not the tech support can pick up on this and work with me to deal with the problem, or whether they are just going to keep repeating the script until you hopefully go away.
We have had no internet for over 2 weeks now and despite having gathered evidence, including speaking to the openreach engineers who have come out twice, we are still being asked to send photographs of our equipment to prove we definitely have the cable plugged in to the right part of the router.
Any request to speak to second line support or management results in a promise that the issue will be "escalated" but that there is no option to speak to anyone else and that management do not lower themselves to speaking with the little people.
Our service has been fine for about a year (other than them taking about three weeks to initially set it up) but they cannot take credit for that if they are then going to absovle themselves of any responsibility when things break, point at openreach and require phorographic evidence that the cables are plugged in.
Unless you know for certain that you won't have any problems with the physical network, I would avoid this ISP. I have had a completely different experience with the ISP we use for our home-workers and will be switching our account to them as soon as I can

We've been a customer for more than a decade and have had a great experience. Internet phone service is cheaper, has been reliable 99% of the time, works in different countries. When service was required it was provided promptly. Highly recommend Spitfire

Customer service has been excellent. Spitfire have been so incredibly helpful in explaining the migration of our phone system over. This is something that has baffled us for some time and Steph has been so patient in explaining things in a way we could understand. Thank you!

Spitfire is a company I trust and value having on our side. Oscar Parker recalled that our contract for broadband and telephone with another provider has almost expired and called me about it. His manner is helpful and friendly, with clear explanations about anything relevant. In short, someone with whom it is nice to do business.

After endless fibre internet supplier problems I went with Spitfire and they have sorted the issues. They kept in touch and Thomas Langley has been great in patiently seeing it through.

I'm an IT Consultant in London, dealing with designers, photographers and musicians but with a few large companies thrown in. I started using Spitfire as my own communications company not long after they started in the late 1980's, and I don't regret that decision at all. I recommended them to my clients from the Digital Publishing Revolution of the late 20th century, through ISDN, ADSL and now Fibre Ethernet. I've always found them highly professional and one of the few companies who have avoided becoming a faceless by-our-rules bureaucracy so that I knew I can contact them and my questions will be answered. I'm retiring now and I'm looking back over the years and the companies I've dealt with, and Spitfire stands out a long way from all the rest for sheer professionalism with a friendly face.

I have used both Spitfire and BT for my companies internet and comms needs. Spitfire continue to exceed my expectations for what is normally a very drawn out and painful customer service experience. Spitfire continue to provide great service with friendly and knowledgeable relationship managers. I would recommend anyone looking for internet/phone services to go with Spitfire.
