Rip Off Merchants!
Called out for an emergency due to our multilock breaking. Fair enough they arrived within 40 minutes, which was good, hence the 1 star.
However, trying to charge me £450 plus labour plus VAT to replace a multilock gearbox for my front door, when the gearbox actually only cost £20 inc. VAT is a joke.
Needless to say I didn't fall for their attempt of daylight robbery and asked the locksmith to put the lock back in so I could look at alternative options, which I actually resolved myself the following day.
Please tread carefully if using this company.
