Amazing service and very high quality work. We had an original watercolour framed. It’s absolutely perfect and great advice on mounts/frames. Looks amazing, can’t fault anything. This is a great family owned business that provide exceptional quality service. My whole family have been going for years and Mark is always great. He helped me choose some oak frames, exactly what I wanted from the clearance range. We wouldn’t go elsewhere.
Got a text as I waiting outside for my appointment claiming they hadn't received my booking. Complete lie as Mark has already responded to me asking if I could bring my dog. Definitely avoid!

We are so sorry we missed your appointment and fully understand your frustration. In 3 years with an appointment system we have never had this happen and have updated our system to ensure we get an earlier reminder alert which it failed to do on the day of your appointment. We would have liked to have been able to have the opportunity to make amends before you left your review but were unable to do so.
We have been framing in Clevedon for 40 years and during that time have a developed an excellent reputation with customers returning to us on a regular basis with their framing requirements, and have never received a bad review before. We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.
We don't lie to customers, your conversation with Mark was a few days previously and we rely on the booking system to alert us of appointments made on a daily basis which it didn't do unfortunately until a few minutes before your appointment.
Unfortunately we are working under difficult circumstances at the moment and our workshop is not always open which is why we operate an appointment system.

SADDLY THE SHOP HAS NOW CLOSED DOWN ANOTHER SHOP GONE FROM THE TRIANGLE SHAME. I have been buying my frames from Splash Gallery for the last 20 years with great service & a friendly welcome you receive from this family run business. I have always feel welcomed by all staff even in these difficult times. The shop is using a appointment option at present which seems to work well & you are asked to wear a face mask of your own which i would like to see people do in other shops in the town. they also sale local art, posters gift cards & signed autograph photos from Cricket, football, movies, music etc & a large range of POP VINNL FIGURES. So if your visiting Clevedon its a great place to buy that memorable gift to remind yourself of the day you had in this great little seaside town & that great little keep sake you bought from Splash Gallery. I have always found the pricing very fair & never had any problems with the hundreds of frames they have made for me in fact ive probably got more of there frames in my home than what the shop have. So if your looking for great service a friendly face & great prices and always willing to go the extra mile then i cant fault this local family business. Keep up the good work & see you soon.
