Cox Swain V-120 Pro defekt, keine Support

Ich habe einen Cox Swain Aluminium Stunt Scooter V-120 Pro bestellt. Schon am ersten Tag nur nach der Nutzung im Wohnzimmer durch meinen Sohn, löste sich alle paar Minuten die Schraube an der Fork, so dass der ganze Lenker wackelte. Auch die Gummigriffe verschieben sich. Keine gute Qualität.

Am nächsten Tag habe ich es reklamiert. Es kam nur eine Mail von einem Ticketsystem, welches nicht nutzbar ist.
Bei Anrufen auf der Ahrensburger Festnetznummer kommt immer nur eine Bandansage.
Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Seit 4 Wochen keine Reaktion.
Jetzt geht es den Weg über einen Rechtsanwalt.
Finger weg. Service ist hier keiner vorhanden.
