Where to begin?...

First of all, after ordering, there was very little in the way of updates on the order. It also took forever for the order to arrive.

I will say that when the product arrived, that it did appear as shown.

Whether or not it was of any quality or not however, we'll never know. That's because what was supposed to be a men's 3XL jacket was actually more suited to be a boys' 3XL. I even had friends who normally wear XL jackets try it on and it didn't even fit them.

Thinking this had to be a mistake, I contacted the company to try to initiate an exchange, as I still wanted the jacket, but in an appropriate size. It took them over two weeks to get back to me.

When they did, they made me take pictures of measurements of the coat on three separate occasions and send them to the company.

After all of this BS, they finally ended up telling me that according to their specifications, the measurements are correct, so "the factory does not provide any support for this order. However, we will support you with a 20% discount code for your next order so you can re-order the jacket in the right size."

How insulting can you get? "We screwed you on your first order so here's a discount so we can screw you again"?

I, in no uncertain terms, let them know I had ordered the right size and that the error was in their sizing and that they were insane if they thought me or anyone else I can inform, will ever buy a product from them again.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THERE'S A REASON WHY THEIR REVIEWS ARE SO BAD.

SCAM!!!!! The worst customer service ever!! They refuse to exchange for a larger size!! Their size Chart is at least 1 size smaller than they say. I even ordered up a size and it is still too small for my husband, he can’t even button it. He is a normal sized man with arm and chest muscle but not extreme. So disappointed! My husband loved the jacket and it’s really nice!!!! All we wanted was an even exchange!! Thanks a lot for nothing!!!!!! Donna W

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, for an online shopping.
I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present in size men L. But their factory size large is more like a medium or small. The company refused to do a simple exchange or even a return.
This company is a scam, once they get your money, they are not willing to help or satisfy their customers in any way.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible company . I ordered 2 coats from them both in XL . 1 was fine and fit perfectly, the other was a small jacket with an XL label. I ended up giving it to my 12 yr old niece ( it barely fit her ) the company declines to do anything about it. That's fine, there are alot of other reputable companies online that I'll give my buisness to.

I bought a Leeds United personalised watch for my husband. I am delighted with the end product. This company is so impressive, they give you a contact number/email to contact them. If you contact them they certainly sort any problems out can't wait to use them again

I bought a watch it was so good I ordered 7 more for family and friends. The staff are so friendly and know their jobs. Since then I've ordered 4 more watches and a quilt cover witch is brilliant

This company is no good at all. The watch I ordered did not work and I tried 5 times to send an e-mail to inform them of this but the e-mails came back as undeliverable. It wasn't a cheap item and I'm not asking for a fortune just my money back.
I wish I'd never used this company.

Ordered a product which never arrived from China. Told product had been damaged - stalling technique. Scam company. Avoid at all costs

What a shame I am unable to give them no stars at all.
As with Sandra I have sent photos of the items but not only are they the wrong size the quality of the items are appalling.
The email response from the agent or company support is not professional and I only wished I had looked deeper into the reviews prior to making my purchase.
I have contacted my bank who will support me to claim my refund as we all have that right within a 28 day period. Be aware they are stringing the time out with the measuring process to void that claim

Ordered a lovely jacket. Unfortunately it was too small do I requested a larger size.
I was told I would need to send pictures with proof that the size I ordered was too small based on their size guide measurements. I did this - showing that the chest measurement was 3 cm less than stated in the size guide.
I was asked for further pictures as my original ones didn’t show enough detail.
( I had also sent a pic of my husband actually wearing the item clearly showing that it did not fit.)
I have now been asked for more pictures using a ruler rather than a tape measure! They want pictures of of the whole item which I have sent but then you can’t see the numbers on the tape measure. I zoomed in and sent pictures of the numbers but then you can see the whole item!
This is still not resolved and I feel that it won’t be - the company are making the process as difficult as possible to put me off continuing with my refund request.
DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS BUSINESS!
