Absolutely disgusting service. The app is terrible and does not meet standards of what it claims to do. Its more of a dating app
I cancelled within 10 mins of purchasing a subscription and was not offered a refund. THIS IS NOT WORTH IT.
DO NOT GIVE THIS DISCUSTING ORGANISATION ANY OF YOUR MONEY. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.
Your consumer rights within the first 14 days of buying online. You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund from when you place an order until 14 days after it was delivered.

The Free Trial is a lie
The "Try it for Free" thing is merely a lie to make you sign up.
You can send messages with the free account but cannot read answers. Doh!
Also, they add you to a group with you not having any choice.
Reached out to customer service and the answer was VERY rude.
Stay miles away from this app/site!

Do not chance it and avoid , or pay the price .
I foolishly paid a subscription and had to go through my bank to stop any further payments . In the end it was the only way .
Lots of generic replies to fob you off when you request cancellation of membership.
