Only gave 5* because I couldn’t give 10. I have bought several photos over the years. The latest were 2 black and whites, one was needed to be trimmed. This didn’t cause any problems at all. They telephoned me to confirm the changes and noticed I had made an error with frame size. Again telephoned to advise me and make sure I would get what I ordered. Placed the order on phone and unbelievably photos arrived next day. Brilliant.
