Roshan was very helpful, competent and courteous. He came with the knowledge of the problem we had reported, and was able to explain the options available to solve it. Can’t fault the service from Sports Equipment Engineering Ltd, really good comms from the start and their engineer Roshan knew straight away what the fault was and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Have made a note of their details and would definitely use again.

Excellent service on my malfunctioning treadmill - tightened the belt to correct tension rather than replace the motor as originally feared. Also talked me through maintenance tips to prevent recurrence - despite the various videos on YouTube it's much better having an expert in person showing you what's happening.

Roshan the engineer was always on time , polite and friendly and explained the process . The company kept me up to date with delivery time on parts etc

Two visit from Roshan to fix my Nordictrak machine. Super helpful. Very knowledgable. Very efficient. Great tips as well on looking after the equipment.

Our NordicTrack crosstrainer was getting somewhat noisy and creaky after 15 months use so we put in a claim under our extended warranty. Roshan from Sports Equipment Engineering was assigned the task. He was so good and clearly enjoys his work. He stripped the machine down and found at least five issues that were contributing to the problems. They were all fixed with competence and efficiency so now our crosstrainer is whisper quiet.

The call handlers on the few times I spoke with them were polite, professional amd very courteous.
The engineer, Roshan, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained clearly the problem and the solutions he provided. My experience with the team was nothing short of outstanding and I'd gladly recommend them to friends and family.

Just had Roshan in to fix my bike and he's done an excellent job. Very friendly, explained the mechanics and to show me how things work in detail. I'll definitely call him again for any future issues.

The booking process was easy and nicely handled by Alana.
From the moment my repair engineer, Roshan, arrived I knew I was in good hands. He was very pleasant and confident he could get my Nordictrack back up and 'running' very quickly.
Unfortunately I explained that the console was now not coming on as well as the original issue we had of the running belt intermittently stopping.
He remained confident and set to work, establishing very quickly that there was a bad power connection on the controller board. He replaced the lead and controller and all is now back up and running perfectly.
I can't speak highly enough of his approach and experience in getting the job done so quickly.
