Terrible customer service! Stay away!

Last year bought 2 pairs of Tretorn Kase Hybrid. Both pairs started showing signs of wear and tear on the soles waaay too early.

I reached out to Customer Service who claimed that it was ”normal wear and tear” which was obviously not the case. I was basically ignored.

I thought I would use them anyways this spring again - and the soles of one of the pairs is so destroyed, I had just throw them away. They’re not even 1 year old. My sneakers normally last 5+ years.

I’m left with this very sour taste of being basically ripped off.

Do NOT buy from this website. The customer care is appalling. They are happy to take your money of course.
I ordered items 6 days ago and then they sent me the delivery notification. To deliver my purchases to germany. I dont live in germany, I live in Ireland. I did not put germany on the delivery details. I have an irish address and an irish postcode which is on the deliver label but they decided the country was germany.
I have tired nuermous times to ellict a response from them via email in the hope of them redirecting the package and all I have got is radio silence.
I have also tried contacting DHL and my only option there was to get fobbed off time and time again on telephone and with an AI chat option. I cannot get a number anywhere to contact DHL ecommernce who have the package on a truck.
So it looks like I dumped my money in the sewer so please be mindful when thinking about buying anything from swedemount

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Tretorn - which is a quality shoe brand. The soles wore off with visible wholes in them in just a few months of usage. I complained with photos and they say it's "normal wear & tear" and dismissed my claims entirely. Terrible customer service, stay away.

Ordered products online, never received any response from delivery company neither the customer service was very helpful. Never ever going to buy from this shop.

Did order in the beginning of Dezember and never received my item.customerservice does not help nor reply.

I was little bit sceptical because of the bad reviews here but I used so much time on choosing the products before I checked Trustpilot so I decided to take a chanve and try to order. And I'm positively supriced! The products came all, in good shape, in just few days (from Sweden to Norway). The only mistake is that one hat came green instead of black.

I was hesitant to order but the end of the day the prices were too good and the goods really came. They took around 10 days but the condition was awesome. The quality of the material is good. I ordered is Sweden amount ski combo. I paid around €150 included the shipping the prices were so good and it really did arrive but make sure to have the right size because to send it back to return it it is around €10

Flawed website with technical bug
The website has an online shop function, however, it's completely bugged and not operational for countries other than Sweden. I wasted time putting together my shopping basket, only to find that it's impossible to process the payment. I have sent in my complaint to the customer service, who is equally unhelpful.
Totally wouldn't recommend it unless you want to waste time for no good reason.

Great service and great prices on quality items. Speedy delivery of Cobalt jacket to Ireland. Jessica from customer service was extremely helpful in my query with a fast response time.
Will certainly purchase from this site again. Recommended.

I ordered a plush chair as a gift and the order was to arrive on December 12th. I received notification from UPS that the package was being returned on December 11th. to the seller. I tried to find out why and learned that the package had been sent to Austria, even though I live in Switzerland! I wanted to place a new order, but the seller then informed me that the package could not be delivered to my country (Switzerland is next to Austria...). I didn't even get a full refund, so I lost money (and no present for my friend). A company to be avoided at all costs!

I orderd something trhu zalando and i have been waiting on it since 1 dec. I contacted zalando and they said my package got dropped off at a package point, they cannot find an addres of te packing point.

Purchase few products, decide to return one of them. Send product back. Been waiting for money back over 1 month and still have not received. After chatting true email for few weeks with service, they just sending you to Walley to beg for YOUR MONEY BACK.

Long delivery time, what's stated on the website is wildly inaccurate. Weeks after placing an order only part of it had been sent, the other part still "processing" and customer service couldn't say when it was expected to be shipped, although, I was able to cancel it altogether. For delivery in Sweden you have no options besides Bring. Only upside was that customer service responded in a timely manner via email.

Were hesitant to order from this website after reading mixed reviews. But my experience was good, ordered a skisuit for a really good price and got it delivered in 4 working days to my nearest DHL office.

At first I couldn't believe if the site was valid or not, I saw a jacket that was reduced from 1800 kroner to 440 kr. I liked the jacket and bought it, I took a risk because it was not expensive.

After 5 days, the jacket arrived, it is very nice, I like it very much. After that, for Black Friday I buy another jacket from 2800 kroner reduced to 1400, the jacket arrived a little later this time (in 8 days), but between those days they told me via email that they were thinking of me and that the jacket would be sent soon. After 2 days the jacket arrived, the jacket is fantastic.

I was not paid for this review, I was not even offered to give my rating, but I will be happy to give and praise something that makes me satisfied.

Terrible service. Initially you advised it would be delivered to my nearest delivery point (my local Godis shop) but on the day it was due to be delivered this changed to somewhere else, which took me about half an hour to get there collect and then return home. It would have been quicker to buy the items directly from the store. 👎

Hi, I ordered a ski type jacket on Sunday and Tuesday morning in Dublin I received my jacket, its way better than I thought. Absolutely fantastic value and service. I've ordered the same name jackets before direct from company in Sweden and usually takes about 10 days. I'll be definitely shopping again here, regards Stephen

I am still waiting for refund, one week has passed.

I was vary about ordering but ended up ordering two winter jackets. They arrived fast and both jackets are amazing and exactly as described . Size is perfect . Not to mention the colour , it's gorgeous! As a bigger tall woman who's used to only finding black clothes that fit , it was like Christmas trying these on :)

I found the service before booking really good. Delivery was fast but the jacket was to small. I have asked them for a bigger size and want to return the one back which I bought. They told me, I have to make a new order on the webpage and pay again for the new item. They want me to send the smaller jacket back. I immediately did this but unfortunately they do not pay me back my money. Reason: strong smell on the jacket. They sent the jacket back to me. I received it today and opended the parcel. The jacket is not smelling. It has a smell of a normal, unused jacket. Guess they are simply not happy to pay back the paid price. I will not recommend this company and I will not order there again any item.
